What You Will Do
Owning overall sales performance, leading strategic opportunities, driving pipeline health, coaching and developing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across existing and new accounts.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales function within a B2B professional services or technology consulting environment
- Strong consultative, solution-selling capability

- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in structured sales methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman)
- Demonstrate and build sales team capability in commercial acumen
