Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Associate, Deal Desk to support deal desk execution, pricing strategy, RFP responses, and contract administration. This role is designed for someone with 0–2+ years of experience who is analytically rigorous, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as the central point of contact for Go-To-Market teams on customer contract types, non-standard pricing requests, product configurations, and RFP responses, helping reduce deal cycle time and execution risk. Build and maintain pricing and deal models to support new business, renewals, upsells, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Finance, Deal Desk, or a similarly analytical business function
- Working knowledge of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce), including opportunity management, approvals, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; ability to build pricing models, analyze margins, and assess deal economics
- Experience tracking and owning contract lifecycle or deal desk KPIs (e.g., speed to execution, approval cycle time) within CRM and/or CLM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors in legal, financial, or customer-facing documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to balance sales urgency against compliance, risk, and governance requirements
