Senior Regional Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Regional Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful enablement and readiness solutions for transforming the customer engagement process, sales messaging, and sales tools within the region. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions in driving behavioral change and business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include aligning to corporate OKRs, executing in-region initiatives, contributing to the GTM Enablement organisation strategy, and advising on methods and techniques to establish successful evaluation criteria of enablement programs/initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years experience in a high-performance SaaS sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
• 7+ years people manager experience
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
• Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Must possess excellent written, verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills in small and large groups
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Must be able to provide leadership in a virtual team environment
• Strong one-on-one interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cross functional teams/projects
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
