Role Overview
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling John Crane products and services to existing clients and new customers in the Caspian and Central Asia regions. The role involves managing and developing Tier-1 & Tier 2 customers, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Senior Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Senior Sales Engineer include managing and developing Tier-1 & Tier 2 customers, providing technical support and selling value-added solutions, collaborating with internal teams, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in engineering and sales
- Engineering knowledge in a proactive multinational and multicultural environment
- Strong technical knowledge of John Crane product portfolio or equivalent industry
- Must be proficient in English, Russian, and Kazakh
- Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical and general industries
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
