Manage the delivery of People team programs and processes related to employee engagement, talent development, and talent management to create greater efficiency and simplify team member experiences.

Requirements
- Experience coordinating projects or programs with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines.
- Experience using spreadsheets or HR systems to maintain accurate data and prepare operational reports.
- Experience documenting and improving business processes.
- 3+ years experience in People Operations, HR operations, program management, or related roles.
