Role Overview

Lead Snowflake’s EMEA Deal Desk function, building and leading a team, owning commercial frameworks, and serving as a strategic partner to sales leadership.

What You Will Do

Lead the EMEA Deal Desk team, own commercial frameworks, partner with EMEA Sales leadership, drive deal velocity, and serve as the EMEA escalation point.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial finance
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing Deal Desk or Revenue Operations teams
  • Deep expertise structuring complex enterprise commercial deals
  • Strong command of pricing strategy, discount governance, and deal approval frameworks
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence and align VP-level Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders
  • Analytical rigor and data fluency
  • Experience using AI workflows or automation tools to improve deal processing speed, accuracy, and commercial intelligence
