Product Marketing Manager, Checking & Savings

Role Overview

Drive engagement and retention marketing for SoFi Checking and Savings, focusing on existing member base growth and retention. Analytical rigor is central to this role, with a focus on segmentation, audience development, and offer testing to drive deposit and direct deposit growth.

What You Will Do

Grow and retain balances and direct deposit relationships by identifying the highest-leverage member segments, sizing the opportunity, and building the plan to move them. Own the promotions, sweepstakes, and offers tied to KPIs, and partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing to design, launch, and optimize engagement and retention campaigns.

This role requires analytical thinking, strong quantitative skills, and comfort in spreadsheets and Business Intelligence tools. Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated consumer category is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or closely related experience
• Analytical Thinking: Strong quantitative skills and comfort in spreadsheets and Business Intelligence tools
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect day-to-day execution to business outcomes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• Experimentation: Experience designing and running tests in campaigns, in product, or both
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, dependencies, and deadlines
• Communication: Write clearly and concisely
• Initiative & Bias for Action: Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
