As Senior Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead the systems, processes, analytics, and operating cadence that power Solink’s go-to-market organization. You will ensure the revenue engine operates efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers predictable business outcomes.

Requirements
- 6+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- At least 2 years leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting
- Experience with Salesforce and modern revenue technology stacks
- Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and streamline workflows
