Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be the primary Salesforce administrator at Solink, accountable for the reliability, accuracy, and day-to-day health of the platform across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
What You Will Do
The role will involve owning the full Salesforce org end-to-end, managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and declarative tooling, and translating business requirements into scalable, well-documented Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering, building, and developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including time as the primary or sole Salesforce owner at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience owning an org without an architect above you.
Requirements
- 5+ years administering, building, and developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on Apex: ability to write, debug, and maintain classes, triggers, and test coverage
- Advanced declarative automation: Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and judgment to choose declarative vs. programmatic deliberately
- Lightning Web Components: ability to build and maintain custom components where standard UI falls short
- Integration design and troubleshooting: REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, and middleware, including field mappings, sync logic, and error handling across systems
- Data model and architecture ownership: object design, relationships, and discipline to think through downstream consequences of schema decisions
- Deep command of the Salesforce security model: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and auditing of third-party and integration user access
- Release management: sandbox strategy, deployments via change sets and/or SFDX, testing standards, and documentation
