Role Overview
The Director, People Operations leads the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the People Team’s operational foundation, including support center, HR systems, people data and reporting, policy, process, and employment compliance.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead the People Team Operations function, including the support center and ticketing system, setting service standards, workflows, and documentation that deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to team members and managers.
