Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, supporting global regions and working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do

Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, design and build workflows, and manage data quality through deduplication, cleansing, and imports/exports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a strong plus
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-regional Salesforce deployments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce automation tools
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Experience leading or participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
