Tech Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer – MarTech / Content Supply Chain

Role Overview

The Tech Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer will provide technical leadership for the CMS, cloud, integration, and DevOps capabilities that power Southwest’s enterprise Content Supply Chain. The role involves designing scalable platforms and reusable engineering patterns across digital content, CMS, DAM, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integrations.

The responsibilities include working with other leaders to shape the cloud platform vision and strategy, operating in a DevOps culture, evaluating cloud services and architecture, implementing automation tools, and creating state-of-the-art technical architectures.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in Cloud software or DevOps
• 8-10 years of relevant work-related experience
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers, architecture decisions, code quality, and execution across CMS, cloud, digital, or platform environments
• 6–8+ years of experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, messaging, and middleware integrations across CMS, DAM, Adobe, cloud, and enterprise applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training
