Role Overview

Supports customer relationships by maintaining product technical knowledge and providing technical advice and expertise to solve customers’ problems. Works closely with sales team, other departments, and customers to create initial layouts for accurate quotes and proposals.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers to provide technical expertise and develop accurate quotes and proposals. Assist sales team to solve complicated customer needs and review product design for compliance with customer requirements.
