Role Overview

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will help drive and support the products and processes that enable the Sales organization. You will contribute to a strong operational foundation that empowers our teams to maximize their output. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations to provide a comprehensively supportive framework for Revenue Teams.

What You Will Do

You will help plan and execute the Sales Operations strategy for SpotHero. You will work to centralize, document and provide input on the workflow and workload of the sales teams. You will provide support for the products and processes that enable the Sales, Business Development, & Revenue Operations organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Passion for working with and improving sales people’s productivity and performance
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, products and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Strong capabilities working with teams in innovative, accountable, and reliable ways
  • Ability to work independently while producing quantifiable results
  • Demonstrated strengths in organization, prioritization, and time management
