Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will own the systems, processes, and analytics that our growth teams run on, building the infrastructure that turns data into decisions and actions. This individual will be a strategic partner across the entire business, collaborating with the Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will lead a small team within Revenue Operations while staying hands-on as an individual contributor, balancing people management with direct execution. They will manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and the integrations that tie them together.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management experience, and 1-2 years of people management experience. They will be fluent with AI tools, revenue tools, and SQL, and have a proven track record of implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management experience
• 1-2 years of people management experience
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Workato)
• Fluency with revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft)
• Expertise in SQL
• Experience owning vendor relationships
• Experience designing, improving, and implementing operational processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills
