HubSpot Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot platform. This role will ensure that HubSpot supports the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through effective CRM administration, automation, reporting, data management, and system integrations.

What You Will Do

Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, lead routing, and lifecycle stages, configure and optimize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and/or Service Hub features, maintain CRM data quality and integrity, create and maintain reports and dashboards, and support HubSpot integrations with third-party applications.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration/configuration or CRM experience
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and preferably Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and/or Service Hub
• Hands-on experience creating workflows, custom properties, pipelines, lists, reports, and dashboards
• Experience with CRM data management, imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and database maintenance
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead management, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and conversion tracking
• Experience managing HubSpot users, teams, and permissions
• Familiarity with HubSpot integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required
