Role Overview
Manage and develop existing digital sales partners, build long-term partnerships, and expand our partner network and reach. Plan, manage, and analyze campaigns and sales measures based on relevant KPIs and budgets.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement measures to increase conversion, reach, and sales in digital sales. Manage and develop affiliate programs, optimize customer journey and sales processes across departments.

Requirements
- Degree or training in economics, e-commerce, marketing, or comparable
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or partner management
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate management, and data-driven control of sales and marketing measures
- Analytical thinking, experience working with KPIs, conversion optimization, and ROI control
- Good German and English skills
