Role Overview

Join our team in India as a Data Analyst to develop insights that enhance our understanding of Stantec’s growth and business performance. You will work in an agile delivery model, contributing through structured sprint cycles and collaborating closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-documented analytics solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and analyze reports that deliver actionable insights on the performance and impact of enterprise-level programs and initiatives. Build, maintain, and enhance user-friendly Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
  • Experience in a B2B or professional services environment is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Power BI report and dataset/semantic model development
  • Foundational working knowledge of DAX
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking, collaboration, and documentation
