Role Overview
Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance of the Salesforce platform. Enable scalable execution by ensuring system stability, data integrity, and efficient workflows while supporting Sales Enablement teams in delivering user training and adoption.
What You Will Do
Administer and configure Salesforce Lightning, build and maintain declarative automation, manage data quality, provide primary Salesforce user support, create reports and dashboards, and support release cycles.

Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, ADM 201, required
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably supporting sales organizations and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency with declarative automation tools, with Flows preferred, along with strong data management and analytical skills
