What You Will Do

As a Product Owner Team Manager (Business Operations Manager 1), you will provide PERS with an enterprise view of all the product lines. This position will lead the Product Owner (PO) Team and will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring that specific programs continue to support the retirement system.

Requirements

• Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience;
• OR two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product management processes and methodology.
• Highly detail-oriented and precision-driven work.
• Agile/SCRUM Certified; PMP preferred
• Experienced in waterfall methodology
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Expertise with user acceptance testing
