Senior CRM Data Analyst

Role Overview

Join our team of 4,000 employees to develop the further development of our CRM data quality, automation solutions, and business processes actively. This role is a business function with a strong technical component and a high degree of design freedom.

What You Will Do

Develop and optimize automated processes to ensure high quality and reliability of our CRM data, design rules for validation, deduplication, and data enrichment, and create SQL analyses, reports, and dashboards to monitor CRM data quality transparently.

Requirements

• Completed education in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
• Relevant work experience in the field of CRM, Data Analytics, Automation, or Business Intelligence
• Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Good understanding of data quality and its connections
• Secure SQL knowledge
• Python knowledge for developing automations and data processes
• Ability to understand business requirements and engage stakeholders
