Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales goals, working closely with sales leadership and teams. You will contribute to achieving growth targets and positioning Stepstone as a leading recruiting platform.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include developing and implementing communication and campaign strategies, steering marketing projects, and managing interfaces to adjacent areas.

Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, communication, marketing, or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a sales-related environment
- Experience as a central contact person (SPOC) for sales and in strategic cooperation with sales and leadership teams
- Ideally experience with subscription-based or recurring business models
- Very good analytical skills, project management knowledge, and safe handling of digital tools (MS-Office, CRM)
- Safe and strategic handling of GenAI and LLM tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, or Gemini)
- Well-developed stakeholder management, communication strength, and commercial mindset
