Role Overview
Join the STIHL team as an Agriculture Business Development Manager, identifying and developing new Ag-centric channel expansion opportunities while managing day-to-day partnerships with Ag, Turf, and Specialty retail groups.
What You Will Do
Identify and analyze opportunities for retail growth, manage communication and relationships with national partner groups, and provide strategic sales programs to capture incremental business in new and existing Ag, Turf, and Specialty accounts.

As a strategic relationship builder, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, travel 50% on average, and coordinate national initiatives with Branch and Distributor leadership across the country.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in the Ag and Turf channel
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
