Product Operations Engineer

Role Overview

The Product Operations Engineer will take ownership of daily Burn-in operations, develop and maintain Burn-in recipes, and provide engineering support to Asia OSATs.

What You Will Do

Monitor and analyze mass production yield, identify root causes for yield loss, and drive continuous improvement actions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and procedures related to burn-in and OSAT engineering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing / backend processes (assembly, test, burn-in, reliability)
• More than 5 years of experience
• Strong data analysis skills, familiar with relevant tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
• Good problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, with a structured and result-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; able to communicate effectively with overseas teams and OSAT partners.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
