Role Overview
Join Ströer, a leading German media house, as a Sales Manager in Field Sales for Advertising Campaigns. You will design regional advertising campaigns, acquire new customers, and develop individual cross-media advertising concepts. This role requires experience in field sales, B2B sales, or the media/agency industry, with a focus on advisory competence, negotiation skills, empathy, and confident appearance in front of decision-makers.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include acquiring new customers, developing individual cross-media advertising concepts, presenting and selling campaign concepts to customers, and using CRM and reporting to control sales targets.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in field sales, ideally in B2B sales or in the media/agency industry
- Advisory competence, negotiation skills, empathy, and confident appearance in front of decision-makers
- Conceptual thinking and affinity to marketing and media
- Ability to organize yourself independently, work goal-oriented, and be communicatively strong
- User knowledge in the MS Office package, especially in PowerPoint
