SumUp is seeking a Marketing Designer to join their Performance Marketing team in Berlin, Germany or Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering performance marketing creative across digital channels and a strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering performance marketing creative across digital channels
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience working in fintech, payments, or a similarly regulated and fast-paced industry
• Comfort letting data challenge creative instincts
• Confident using AI tools to enhance creative workflows
• Track record of operating autonomously in lean, agile teams
