Sr. Financial Analyst – Thrasher Foundation Repair

Role Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a key financial partner across the Thrasher Foundation Repair team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

Own and manage the company’s annual budgeting and rolling forecast models, perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, build and maintain financial dashboards, and develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights
