Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst demonstrates analytical thinking and creative problem solving for business questions across the organization, working closely with the Senior Manager, Data Analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business analyst, data analyst, strategy analyst, process analyst or similar role
• 5+ years’ experience using a business analytics service or tool: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: SQL (preferred), dbt, DAX, Python or equivalent
• Experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data warehouse (Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Jira, and standard analytics and presentation tools
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and/or text-to-SQL or other LLM-based analytics tools preferred
• Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and creative problem solving
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives, including leading discovery, driving adoption, and influencing decisions
