Role Overview
This role leads programs that enhance the sales process and improve the customer experience through ongoing management activities. It involves collaborating with sales operations and enablement teams to support programs after launch and throughout their lifecycle. The role requires reporting program outcomes and metrics to leadership to inform decision-making.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic direction for sales programs to achieve lifecycle management objectives and improve program outcomes, lead planning efforts to support various workstreams and key business areas, conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, measure results and communicate progress and insights to leaders.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area
- 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management
