AI Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The AI Enablement Manager will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI across Tennis Australia, championing practical and responsible AI adoption, promoting greater access to data and insights, and supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions.

Develop and drive a prioritised AI roadmap, build strong relationships and drive adoption, and enable organisational capability and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience delivering data, AI, digital or technology-enabled initiatives that create measurable business value
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes through collaboration
• Strong experience identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps and driving organisational adoption of new capabilities
• Demonstrated success leading change and embedding new ways of working across an organisation
• Highly regarded experience supporting organisational adoption of new technology, data or AI capabilities following a major transformation initiative
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles and emerging AI technologies
• Experience developing organisational capability, training or adoption programs
• Experience contributing to or supporting advanced analytics, AI, machine learning or data product initiatives
• Experience within sport, entertainment, membership, customer or event-based organisations
