Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst Senior who can go beyond simple reporting to detect weak signals, explain performances, and illuminate strategic decisions for our clients. Your value is not measured solely by the quality of your dashboards, but by your ability to ask the right questions, challenge hypotheses, and transform millions of lines of data into concrete and actionable recommendations.
What You Will Do
Within project teams, you will be responsible for collecting, understanding, and challenging business needs to identify pilotage, performance, and decision-making enjeux. You will explore and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, signals, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- Holder of a Bac +5 (engineering school, university) or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis
- Advanced mastery of Power BI
- Excellent ability to explore, analyze, and interpret data
- Strong culture of data restitution and data storytelling
- Mastery of data analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Power BI AI features
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio)
- Solid mastery of SQL
- Use of data preparation tools (DBT, Dataiku, Alteryx)
- Good understanding of data models and modern analytical architectures
- Ability to exploit diverse data sources and cross multiple information
- Mastery of AI and generative AI uses
- Ability to use AI assistants to enrich analyses
- Experience with modern analytical environments (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Understanding of data storage, transformation, and exposure principles
- Familiarity with versioning (Git) and collaborative development practices
- Experience working in agile mode (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE)
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Mastery of collaborative tools and project management tools
- Good level of professional English (oral and written) – B2 minimum
