Role Overview

The Corporate Health & Wellness team at Tata 1mg serves as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients. The team is responsible for researching prospective accounts, pursuing leads, and following through to successful agreements. They must understand target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and market strategies to attract clients. The team must also possess a strong understanding of Tata 1mg’s products, competition in the industry, and positioning.

What You Will Do

Research prospective accounts, pursue leads, and follow through to successful agreements. Understand target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and market strategies to attract clients. Possess a strong understanding of Tata 1mg’s products, competition in the industry, and positioning. Develop strategies and positions business pitches aligned with company strategies and operations. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure requirements are met. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field with hands-on experience with P&L and reconciliations. They must have proven work experience as a Business Development, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role. The candidate should have demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. They should also have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and experience handling day-to-day client escalations and delivering client-focused solutions to meet needs.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field with hands-on experience with P&L and reconciliations
  • Proven work experience as an Business Development, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
