Business & Data Analyst – ServiceNow GRC & SPM

Role Overview

Own or support the business-facing data workstream for ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SPM implementation. The role profiles source data, defines mappings and quality rules, coordinates cleansing decisions, validates transformed and loaded data, and provides auditable reconciliation evidence.

What You Will Do

Inventory source systems, profile source data, develop and maintain source-to-target mapping specifications, define data cleansing and validation rules, prepare validation queries, and support attachment and historical-data assessment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of data analysis experience, including 2 years supporting ServiceNow implementations, and strong hands-on capability in source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and cleansing-rule definition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of data analysis experience
• At least 2 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations
• Strong hands-on capability in source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and cleansing-rule definition
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis
• Understanding of ServiceNow tables, reference fields, and data-load dependencies
