Role Overview
The Business Development Manager serves as the strategic interface connecting Tec D / Datech, Autodesk sales teams, channel partners, and end-user customers. The role has overall responsibility of growing the Datech MY Expansion Growth AEC business by achieving the sales and profit targets and creating the highest return for both Tec D / Datech & Autodesk.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive business plans, execute business plans effectively, engage in direct co-selling, manage complex commercial elements, conduct pipeline reviews, assess partner sales and technical competencies, and maintain executive-level relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AEC industry, excellent written and oral business communication skills, and experience in handling product and/or solutions sales.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, construction, design technology, or related fields
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in handling Product and/or Solutions Sales
- Relevant vendor/product sales certifications
- Customer Selling (B2C) experience
