FP&A and Data Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work in the FP&A area, supporting financial planning, monitoring, and analysis of the company’s financial results, with a strong focus on process automation, report and dashboard construction, and commercial area commission calculation.

What You Will Do

Structuring and maintaining databases for financial and managerial analysis, building, updating, and automating financial plans and controls, reducing manual activities and increasing the reliability of the information, creating and evolving managerial and executive dashboards and indicators (KPIs), developing templates and tools for budget, forecast, and result tracking, and validating sales, targets, achievement, eligibility, and other criteria used in commission calculation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields, experience in FP&A, Control, or related areas, with data analysis, BI, and automation, advanced Excel, Power Query, and VBA, experience with Power BI, SQL knowledge, experience in building executive dashboards and performance indicators, experience in creating and automating reports, knowledge of ERPs and financial and commercial management systems, and intermediate English.
