Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This supervisory role will oversee a group of Account Managers, developing and optimizing sales operations systems and workflow for the sales organization across digital and linear platforms. The role reports to the Director of Sales and requires a minimum of three years of experience in a sales operational supervisory role within digital media, streaming, and broadcast television.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, provide training and support, oversee execution of workflows, onboard and train new team members, and make recommendations for new operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years successful in a sales operational supervisory role within digital media, streaming, and broadcast television
• Extensive knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic buying, OTT/CTV, social media, audience targeting, and attribution models
• Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of time between Jacksonville and Tampa, including overnight stays, as necessary
• Capability to foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and cross-departmental partnerships with the Florida stations
