Role Overview
The Clinical Data Analyst works with the HSII and Center for Biostatistics and Epidemiology teams to analyze data, determine met and unmet outcomes, and convey feedback to front-line providers as part of the PCORI Health System Implementation Initiative. The Analyst administers real-time maintenance of the data infrastructure and tools to ensure uninterrupted services.
What You Will Do
The primary focus encompasses the collection, analysis, and interpretation of diverse data to optimize implementation strategies and approaches for capacity-building services. The Analyst will create dashboards for front-end users in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and work closely with staff Statisticians.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least one year of directly related healthcare data management experience
- Proficiency in database management software and tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
