Role Overview
This part-time Business Development Manager role is located in Türkiye. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities with mobile publishers and partners, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
What You Will Do
Identify and generate new business leads, conduct outbound outreach, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, attend industry events, represent Tenjin in initial conversations, conduct demo calls, and support translation and localization.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, BD, or account management in mobile advertising, adtech, or B2B SaaS, an existing network in the mobile app or gaming ecosystem, fluency in Turkish and English, and comfort working asynchronously with a remote global team.
