Coordinated Campaign Operations Associate

Role Overview

The Texas Democratic Party is seeking GOTV Operations Associates to join our Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign, supporting Talarico for Texas and Democratic candidates up and down the ballot. Operations Associates will work across teams to make sure campaign staff have the people, materials, equipment, and logistical support they need to execute the campaign successfully.

What You Will Do

Support campaign hiring and onboarding, managing purchasing and supplies, coordinating campaign materials, mail, and literature, supporting campaign offices, maintaining inventory, coordinating shipping and distribution, working with vendors, troubleshooting operational needs, and maintaining accurate records.

• Experience working with spreadsheets, trackers, budgets, inventories, or other administrative systems
