Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for day-to-day activities that provide support and improve processes for the inside, field, and national accounts sales teams. The role requires a desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology, research, and present findings to help business goals, with emphasis on CRM.
What You Will Do
Manage, maintain, and enhance day-to-day sales tools, including CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, lead generation software, Act-On, and more. Perform list management operations, push out targeted campaigns, and maintain up-to-date data in the CRM system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields. They will have expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience working with customer relationship management systems and marketing automation software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent experience, Business, Data Analysis, or Business preferred
- Minimum 3 years in related fields
- Experience working with customer relationship management systems
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Expertise using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience with inside sales administration, commission calculation, and sales operations strongly desired
- Experience with sales data collection and analysis
- Advanced Excel capabilities
