Role Overview

You will be part of a creative and motivated team that accompanies you from the first day. Together, you will take responsibility in exciting projects, work closely with the management and actively shape the future of our company group.

What You Will Do

Your focal points will be financial, marketing, and personnel management, market and feasibility analyses, process and potential analyses, concept and implementation of leadership workshops, profitability checks and project planning, evaluation of business models, and development of target group strategies.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable education with an economic background
  • Basic knowledge of strategic management or a legal background is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Self-initiative and independent working style
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Confident, well-groomed appearance

  • Gross salary: €2,500, from the 7th month: €2,750, from the 13th month: €3,000
