Customer Experience Coordinator

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator promotes an excellent customer experience, oversees a team of Associates, and maintains a clean and organized store. They lead by example, engage with customers, and prioritize customer service.

What You Will Do

The role involves creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles.
