Role Overview
Join our Inside Sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you’ll grow sales of Laboratory products and services for our resellers and tier 3 customers. You’ll work primarily via phone, email, and digital platforms, maintaining and developing customer relationships while ensuring market reach and profitability.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, implement sales strategies, manage pricing, research market trends, and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning technical/scientific concepts
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency
