Director, AI Product Ops

Role Overview

The Director of AI Product Ops will lead the operational and cultural evolution of Thomson Reuters’ Tax, Audit, Accounting & Practice (TAAP) product organization, driving operational excellence and AI maturity across the entire software portfolio.

What You Will Do

The role will involve architecting and running product operations where AI agents automate traditional coordination tasks, streamlining product operations across both the Core and Agentic portfolios, and building automated tooling and visibility systems to expose cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership at scale

• Proven experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures and automating project-tracking workflows
• Experience in regulated or professional software industries (e.g., tax, legal, audit, finance, or compliance)
