Business Advisor (Marketing Services Account Manager)

Role Overview

This is a field-based account management role with real commercial teeth. You will inherit a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Bunbury/Busselton WA and your job is to grow it, retain it and deliver genuine results through tailored digital marketing solutions.

What You Will Do

Managing and growing a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Bunbury/Busselton WA through regular face-to-face visits, presenting tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for business owners.

Requirements

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience, SEO, AEO, SEM and social, is your toolkit, not just your talking points
• You can walk into a client meeting and have a genuine, informed conversation about their digital marketing performance
• You have managed a client portfolio before and grown it, not just maintained it
• Your clients look forward to your visits because you consistently bring value
• You spot upsell opportunities before the client knows they need it and you close them naturally
• You are organised and disciplined, managing 150+ relationships without dropping a single one
• You bring energy and expertise to every visit regardless of what the day has thrown at you
