Role Overview
Join the Titan Machinery team as an Area Sales Manager where you will oversee the equipment and attachment sales business within the assigned area, foster proactive relationships with equipment manufacturing partners, and collaborate closely with Titan managers and sales teams.
What You Will Do
Supervise all aspects of the assigned areas equipment sales business, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Sales Team, build and nurture strong relationships with customers and equipment manufacturing partners, and identify new business opportunities to foster growth and profitability.

Requirements
- 2+ years related experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to do same day travel up to 75% with occasional overnight travel and work flexible hours
- Understanding of the key business drivers for our customers
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity, character, and the ability to build/lead a team of experts to consistently achieve results
