Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

This position will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize several tasks and have good time management skills. The Inside Sales Representative must demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport to achieve customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Source new sales opportunities, follow-up on leads, learn multiple pricing structures, route qualified opportunities, understand customer needs, and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate should have previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience, be proficient with ERP software, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be self-motivated and dedicated.

  • Previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
