Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Salesforce Team to manage, support, and grow the Salesforce platform. The role involves translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions, supporting requirements gathering sessions, and developing reports and analytics.

The key responsibilities include managing the Salesforce platform, designing and building custom objects, supporting requirements gathering sessions, developing reports and analytics, and managing data quality initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, and experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud
  • Proficiency with Flow Builder and declarative automation tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security models, and CRM best practices
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
