Business Development Manager, Diagnostic Films – EMEA

Role Overview

The role is responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, strengthening distributor performance, expanding end-user engagement, and identifying new business opportunities for Ashland’s GafchromicTM and Rad-SureTM product portfolios.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute regional growth strategies, identify and pursue new market opportunities, build strategic relationships with distributors and customers, and drive distributor performance through business reviews and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or commercial leadership
• Demonstrated success managing distributors, channel partners, or strategic customer relationships
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, medical imaging, radiation oncology, or a related technical industry
• Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 30% throughout EMEA
