District Sales Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded District Sales Manager to support our Dealer network and contribute to the achievement of regional sales objectives. You’ll work closely with Dealer partners and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies, optimise business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do

Support the implementation of sales strategies, processes, and best-practice initiatives across the Dealer network to achieve regional sales targets. Analyse market trends, sales performance, and Dealer insights to identify opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
• An understanding of automotive Dealer networks
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• The ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
